Accessibility
Last updated October 1, 2026.
We want Speak Calendar to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice or larger text.
What we do
- Add events and tasks by voice, without typing.
- Adjust text sizes and fonts in Settings, and choose from light and dark themes.
- Respect your device's reduced-motion setting: the calendar flip turns off automatically.
- Work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
Known gaps
Some newer parts of the app, such as drag-and-drop on the task list and the sticky notes stack, are harder to use with a keyboard alone. We're working on keyboard alternatives.
Other companies' content
Some parts of Speak Calendar show content from other companies, such as videos, news feeds, Google sign-in and payment pages. We don't control how accessible these are, but we will help you another way if one of them gets in your way.
Tell us
If something in Speak Calendar is hard to use, please email support@speakcalendar.com and tell us what you were trying to do and which device and assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five business days. If any part of Speak Calendar isn't accessible to you, we will try to give you the information or help you need another way, such as by email.
This statement describes our current efforts. It is not a promise that every part of Speak Calendar meets any particular standard, and it is not part of our terms of use.
